Ingredients
  • 500g of pasta
  • 4 tbsp of EPICŪ x/v olive oil
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt
Directions
  1. Boil pasta in salty water.
  2. Drain immediately, drain off all water.
  3. Warm olive oil for about 3min (until gently smoking) then pour it on pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese.
