TARAMA SALAD-DIP GREEKPOL - The Olive Oil Company


Preparation time 15 min.

Ingredients
  • 200g of fish roe (red or white)
  • Half an onion
  • Half a cup of lemon juice
  • 0.5kg of bread crumbs
  • EPIC® x/v olive oil
  • Black olives
Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in blender until it becomes creamy adding olive oil slowly.
  2. Decorate with olives and olive oil.
